Dear friends and colleagues,
As students are getting back to school, so are we! I am again teaching a class on Women in Leadership at Santa Clara University. It’s always invigorating to be with the amazing talent of our Santa Clara students and to have AgeTech talents present to the class.
We also haven’t taken a break from learning this summer. We attended the Ziegler Link-Age conference, where we learned about trends in senior housing and the metrics by which they measure impact. We also learned so much from our recent podcasts. In episode 77 of What’s Next Living Longer Better Smarter, Ana Hanshuh from CAT5 Strategies and Lawrence Kosick from GetSetUp share important information about changes in Medicare. On episode 28 of What’s Next Longevity Deal Talk, we learned about LifeLoop’s acquisition of Linked Senior and what it means for senior living.
As you enter fall conference season, I hope you register for our What's Next Longevity Innovation Summit taking place at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. on December 9-10. Our last four conferences sold out so make sure you register early! And please reach out if you would like to sponsor or have ideas for conference sessions.
Warmly,
Mary
