An Exciting Start to 2024

The start of the year is an exciting time for our students who have recently applied to join schools in September and we are thrilled that offers have been received from some of the UK’s most sought-after schools, including Wellington College, Tonbridge, Haileybury, Hurtwood House, Ardingly, Bromsgrove and Brighton College. It is fantastic to see their hard work and dedication being rewarded.

It is still not too late to apply for entry in September 2024 so please do get in touch if you need help choosing a school for your child.

League Tables

This month we have been delighted to send out certificates to congratulate the highest performing schools in the country and celebrate the outstanding academic achievements of their students.

We also celebrate the schools offering the IB Diploma whose students achieve the highest average points each year, both in the UK, Europe and the rest of the world. The IB is a broad and academically demanding curriculum marked out of 45 points and, incredibly, students in several UK schools achieved an average score of 39 points or more which puts them among the top 20 IB schools in the world!

Of course, these schools that consistently top the league tables are academically selective and only admit students with the ability and commitment to do well. However, their outstanding results also reflect every school’s focus on providing a superb education that will stimulate and challenge young people. It is no wonder that these top-performing schools attract students from all over the world.

Beyond League Tables

Notwithstanding our celebration of excellent results, we always urge parents to look beyond league tables to what really matters when choosing a school for their child. All the schools that appear in our league tables – and many which do not - offer a superb all-round education aimed at bringing out and nurturing the talents and potential of all their students. There are schools to cater for the needs and interests of every child, whether it be for high-level sports training alongside their studies, additional support for a learning difference or a specialist programme for budding lawyers or medics.

Our experienced consultants are on hand to advise you on how to identify and apply to the best school for your child so please don’t hesitate to get in touch for a free call to tell us what you are looking for and we will be delighted to help.
