Please note, when enrolling on or after August 15th, if your club does not have any projects listed, please enroll in the "Self-Determined" project listed in the club. Once the Project Leaders complete their enrollment and project plan the project will get added to ZSuite and we will get you moved to the appropriate project(s).

Adult Enrollment

Adult enrollment is now open! All adult volunteers who are participating in any capacity are required to complete all steps of the New or Returning Adult Volunteer enrollment process prior to participation. This includes all Club Leaders, Volunteer Enrollment Coordinators, Treasurer Advisors, Officer Advisors, Project Leaders, Assistants, Co-Leaders and more.

See New and Returning Adult Volunteers page for more info.

If you are a project leader, there are a couple requirements that must be completed prior to your project being listed in ZSuite for youth enrollment.

  1. Project Leaders must complete enrollment process and be marked active in ZSuite.

Note: Adults do not select a project when enrolling in the ZSuite system. You will be added to the project by the 4-H office once projects become available on August 15th.

Please email completed Project Plans to jestefani@ucanr.edu and your club leader.
