BPI is excited to announce that we are
accepting video proposals for our
Impact Grants Program.
BPI recognizes that there are many smaller organizations in our community that consistently go above and beyond in their efforts to impact positive change in local Black communities, and we would like to support you.
Impact grants are designed to invest in Black-led groups with annual budgets of less than $150,000 as smaller organizations are often overburdened with strenuous grant applications and left out of traditional grantmaking opportunities.
BPI's Impact Grants will support work focused on the four key areas in our Rethinking Philanthropy report (education, jobs and wages, poverty, and civic engagement) as well as criminal justice reform or racial justice efforts.
-
Your work/project must specifically impact the Black community in Forsyth County, NC.
-
Organizations may apply for grants of up to $1,000.
-
Priority is given to Black-led groups and organizations/programs that work within predominately Black neighborhoods (including 27101, 27105, and 27107).
The application deadline is Monday, February 6 at midnight.
We hope you will share this opportunity with your networks!
