Featured Pet
"Memphis" is a strapping male Pit Bull who is around 2 years old and weighs 65lbs. He came to the Shelter after he was left at an abandoned home. Memphis is very treat motivated and already knows how to sit but could learn anything with the right training. He does pretty good on a leash and is housebroken. He does not do great with other male dogs or small dogs, but would likely do fine with an active female his size. He does not do well with kitties! Memphis will need an experienced "Bully Breed" owner and a fenced in yard for exercise. He is heartworm negative and started on monthly prevention.
