Hammontree was hired by Dressler Properties, Inc. for the new Creekside Crossing/Huckleberry Roadway Extension. The project is located between Frank Avenue NW and Strip Avenue NW just south of Applegrove Street NW.
Civil site design included overall grading and SWPPP approval for the 40+ acre site, 1100 feet of new roadway design for Huckleberry Extension from Frank to Strip Avenue, widening of Frank Avenue to include additional left turn lanes, two signalized intersections (traffic report and signal design by sub-consultant IBI Group), and design of storm, water, and sanitary along the new roadway. The roadway improvements are over $3.5 million.
