Drop off and Pick up: Construction is complete!
A reminder that we have the North parking lot at the back of our building, as well as the parking stalls facing our building in the West parking lot, just across Breskens Drive.

Our allocated parking stalls in the West parking lot (will be labelled with New Heights signs) are also used for Access Calgary drop off and fill up quickly. The rest of the stalls in the West parking lot belong to Clear Water Academy. The North parking lot is much quieter at drop off and pick up times now that construction is complete, and we encourage you to keep using this parking lot.
PAC News
Autumn begins…
The cooler weather has returned to Calgary, and boiler has been started up again to heat the building. In this transition from summer to fall, our boiler can take awhile to reach the far arms of the building. We encourage students to bring a sweater or a layer to put on as the mornings especially can feel cool.
Cold and Flu Season is Back
We are looking for your assistance in taking simple steps to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment for all at New Heights.

If a student displays flu-like symptoms such as elevated temperature, cold symptoms (sore throat, cough, headache), vomiting and/or diarrhea, and/or general tiredness and lethargy above the ordinary, they should remain at home and limit contact with others.

Students who are ill should stay home until they are well enough to resume their regular activities, including outdoor body breaks and phys ed classes.

If a student is feeling unwell and displaying flu-like symptoms while they are at school, parents will be contacted to take their student home until they are well.

The school will continue to ensure that the classrooms and surrounding environments are cleaned regularly. The students are being reminded to wash their hands with soap frequently and to cover their mouth when they cough. Please practice and encourage these actions at home as well.

We appreciate your help in keeping our students, families, and staff safe and healthy.
