Worship and Class Schedule Updates


Worship Lab returns!  Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 6:15 pm.  A worship experience filled with music, Bible study, and Spiritual practices


Summer Worship continues through September 11.  We will have our Saturday evening worship with preaching and communion at 5 pm.

Sunday Worship is at 9:30 am (in the LIFE Center) with Children's Message and a variety of music. Communion is served weekly.  (through Labor Day)


LIFE Night Classes Starts on Wednesday, August 24th at 6:45pm after Worship Lab at 6:15pm (PreK-5th grade & 678 Confirmation)


Please join in the experience of celebrating God in our lives.

Ruth Circle


Ruth Circle will be meeting at Johansen Manor on Tuesday, August 9, at 2:00 P.M.  All members and any interested women are invited to come. Please bring your Bibles and the "Gather" magazine, if you have one. If you do not have one, come anyway. Marjorie Johnson will be leading our Bible study.

Social Concerns Announcements:


FLC Summer Garden Market:

Our FLC Summer Garden Market is now up and running and will continue into the fall until the end of growing season. Thanks to those who have helped with our kick off by bringing in your excess fruits, vegetables and baked goods or by purchasing these items weekly. All proceeds from your donations will go to ELCA World Hunger. Let us pay generously for the produce we buy, so that others may be fed! These goods will be made available before and after services on Saturday night, Sunday morning and Sunday evenings - look for the garden cart in the narthex.   For those wishing to donate items, you may bring them to the church Saturday afternoons or Sunday mornings prior to services and place them on the cart. If you must bring items at a different time during the week, please place them in the refrigerator (bottom left shelf) and they can be put out by a committee member ahead of services. Thank you FLC.


Please note there is both a plastic and a wooden Receptacle for gifts to the WASHINGTON COUNTY FOOD PANTRY are available to receive your food donations at FLC at any time!
