CPS Management, LLC is setting the standard with a luxury living brand, offering a diverse portfolio of modern, luxury apartments. The company's apartments are in great locations throughout Massachusetts in communities such as Wakefield, Haverhill, Lawrence, Tewksbury, Lowell, Nashua, Hooksett, and Peabody.

Streamline recognized the need for pre-marketing and leasing homes for our builder clients about 5 years ago. Several of our for sale builders have shifted into the leasing business or at a minimum keep a portfolio of condominiums that we lease for them with our Advisory, Marketing, and Leasing approach.

We're thrilled to partner with CPS Management and focus on the marketing and leasing of 581 Salem Street, while the builder works to develop more great niche luxury rental properties.

The builder has done a magnificent job at designing this 19 unit infill location that hits the mark for the discerning renter looking for a well located property in a neighborhood setting. The exterior and interior finishes are modern and feel more like condominium living.
