Ann Marshak-Rothstein's Work Featured in Journal of Immunology's “Pillars of Immunology” Commentary

Congratulations to Ann Marshak-Rothstein, PhD, Professor of Medicine in the Division of Rheumatology, whose work "Chromatin-IgG complexes activate B cells by dual engagement of IgM and Toll-like receptors," from 2002, was recently featured in a "Pillars of Immunology" commentary in the Journal of Immunology. In the first issue of each month, the JI reprints articles that have come to be regarded as classics in the field. An invited commentary accompanies each reprinted article, and a podcast is recorded of the commentary writer discussing the impact of the featured article on his or her own work and on the field in general. Originally published in Nature, Dr. Marshak-Rothstein's work was described as "a pivotal article".

Congratulations, Dr. Marshak-Rothstein on this incredible honor!
