February 2024

Mayor Jerry Demings greets residents on a tour during the Mayor's Open House event.

Greetings,

What an exciting start to the year! Together, we celebrated newly installed public artwork on display at our Sculpture on the Lawn exhibit outside the County Administration Building and opened our doors to the public during our Open House and Job Fair event last month. In the coming weeks, there will be plenty of opportunities to get involved in the many initiatives, events and celebrations taking place across Orange County.

Public safety remains a key priority in 2024, which is why we are committed to enhancing traffic safety through the recently launched Vision Zero Orange County initiative. I encourage you to attend one of our interactive meetings this month and share your thoughts on how we can work together to eliminate traffic-related deaths on Orange County roads. Scroll down further in this newsletter to learn more.
