News from North Ed REMC 2C - Instructional Technology Support

November News

As we enter the holiday season we have much to be thankful for. This month, we cannot help but reflect on the importance of giving back and supporting our local schools. We are especially proud to have had 43 educators join our October Tech Challenge. We are grateful for all the teachers who continue to borrow books and educational technology. Thank you to everyone who participated in our local professional learning on artificial intelligence (AI), Canva and esports. We hope you enjoyed the learning and resources. Please let us know what additional supports we can provide you, your schools and your students around educational technology.

AI Tool

Prompt engineering is crucial for artificial intelligence (AI) systems as it helps them stay focused, understand user intent and allows for control over AI behaviors. It involves crafting instructions, providing context and adjusting tone, detail and length of AI's output. With AI capabilities expanding, prompt design is an essential skill for safe and effective utilization.
