Hello parents, 

I am thrilled to be taking our students on a fun weekend retreat to rest, fellowship, and learn together! The retreat is at a camp called Snowbird Wilderness Outfitters in Andrews, NC. The retreat is designed with students in mind and draws hundreds of students from churches throughout GA, TN, and the Carolinas. 

The cost is $185/student (price discounted for families who sign up two or more students) which includes all of their meals, lodging, and all access to on-camp activities (except for paintball). The deadline for registration is February 1st. I know this is quickly approaching. Please do your best to get your student(s) registered on time. The registration link is attached below. Please ensure you complete all portions of the registration, including the medical/media waiver and release if there is not one on file for your student.

Students need to arrive at the church on March 1st at 5:30 pm. Our vans will depart at 6 pm sharp! I know that the middle schoolers do not get out of school until 4:15, so this will be a major time crunch understandably. I will have dinner (sub sandwiches and water) at the church for the students.
