Dear Cromwell Community Members,
In July, the CMS Building Committee posted two Requests for Quotes/Proposals for the new Cromwell Middle School - one for an Architectural/Engineering Firm and one for a Project Management Firm. The RFQ/Ps are available on the town’s website with a submission deadline of Aug. 5, 2022 at 10 a.m.
The Building Committee created an Interview Sub-committee at its last meeting. This sub-committee will guide the building committee through the process to interview the different firms that will be hired for the project. The committee expects to hire an Architectural/Engineering Firm and a Project Management Firm by early September.
As the town moves forward with the project, Cromwell community members are encouraged to share feedback with the building committee. Provide public comment at meetings, email the committee (CMSBuildingCommittee@gmail.com), or send a message through Facebook.
