Happy New Year! What will 2024 bring for you and your family? Around here, we make the same resolution each year because we are committed to our Nourish families. We promise to continue supporting children with feeding challenges. We promise to provide educational support for feeding therapists. We promise to offer engaging opportunities for families who need guidance and support. We do all of these things through your trust in us and your unwavering generosity. Love at Mealtime

Our very own founding board member and occupational therapist, Marsha Dunn Klein, has invented a TeetherHeart, through Special Supplies. This teether is designed for babies to use as a mouthing toy. We know babies from about four or five mouths of age love to bring things to their mouth to explore. This stage is so important as babies learn how to move their tongues, how to bite on the toy (and release it), how to organize their mouth around objects, how things feel and taste (and what is edible and what is not). Feeding therapists love the idea of mouthing experiences for babies because babies get to bring things to their own mouth and explore at their own pace. This teether is a satisfying texture for chewing on. Sometimes we dip them in flavors (such as breast milk formula, or even broths, juices and purees) so babies can start their own food exploration! Marsha tells us heart shape reminds us all that we want to pair eating with love and enjoyment and connection.

12th Annual Taste for Nourish Auction

Our online auction is BACK! Are you ready? This year's auction is full of food-themed items, such as a Coffee and Chocolate Basket, a table-top Pellet Grill, and a whiskey basket!

The auction kicks off on February 26th. As soon as we have the photos and descriptions uploaded, we will let you know. You're going to want to plan your bidding!
