CSRO Board Member Honored: Distinguished Service Award

Each year, the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) recognizes a member for outstanding and sustained service through their Distinguished Service Award. CSRO Board Member Erin Lois Arnold, MD, has been selected as the 2023 recipient of this esteemed award.


Dr. Arnold is the Founder and Senior Partner of Arnold Arthritis and Rheumatology in Skokie, Illinois, and a passionate advocate working to improve patient access to rheumatology care. A well-deserved recognition – congratulations, Dr. Arnold!

BPC National Policy & Advocacy Summit

The Biologics Prescribers Collaborative (BPC) is hosting its annual National Policy & Advocacy Summit on Biologics on November 2 in Washington, D.C.

RRF Workforce Expansion Award

The Rheumatology Research Foundation (RRF) offers a Mentored Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Award for Workforce Expansion to increase the supply of rheumatology healthcare providers to better meet the needs of people with rheumatic diseases across the United States, particularly in geographically underserved areas.


This award provides $25,000 of support to provide tailored training for nurse practitioners or physician assistants who are new to the field of rheumatology.


Applications for the next cycle of funding are due December 1, 2023 - more details and information on how to apply can be found here.
