OCTOBER 24th – NOVEMBER 5th

REMINDER: Employee/Spouse Medical Opt-Out Credit and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) must be re-elected during Open Enrollment each year and will not carry over.


(KEEP A COPY OF YOUR MEDICAL OPT-OUT FOR YOUR RECORDS)

MERP (Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan) must be re-elected during Open Enrollment each year, MERP will not carry over.


Benefits Counselors will be available on-site and by telephone.


This year’s Open Enrollment will include a system-wide Dependent Verification Audit (DVA).  


Employee Tips for the DVA:

  • Be prepared and review the Dependent Eligibility Chart closely. 
  • Gather the appropriate documentation before the scheduled Open Enrollment period. 
  • Determine if a dependent has primary coverage elsewhere.

Check your contract for the contractual amounts you’re entitled to.
