Makeover Monday - Bathing Beauty

MAKEOVER MONDAY

This week I am featuring my '3D layout services'. After I have all the measurements to your space, I will put a custom floorplan together. You will get still shots as well as video of a 3D walkthrough. Furniture and artwork can give people a better perspective of the whole project. I do not provide outlets, plumbing detail, specific finishes like tile, color etc. It also gets people inspired and motivated to start a project!

BEFORE...

These home owners are new empty nesters...like many of my clients. They didn't use the tub and questioned whether or not they should keep it just for resale. Many homeowners never use their tubs but as long as they have another bathtub in the home, making the shower the focus is okay.

AFTER...

They wanted a slightly larger shower and fewer grout lines to clean. Large format tile (24"x 48") was used here. Privacy in the shower was also a concern so we put up a wall at the end. That gave them a place to install a bench and hang several hooks for towels.

BEFORE...

They had builder grade mirrors and an awkward corner angle vanity which she also never used.

BEFORE...

Placing sconces on either side of a new mirror brings lighting closer to the face. And adding the tower and a subtle (but it dosen't have to be) wallpaper to fill the high ceilings added some 'zing' to the room.

Staging for Vacation Rentals - There's more to furnishing a vacation rental then putting all your hand-me-downs in the space. Let me help you make it visually and practically appealing.

Color Consultation - some people need help picking colors for their spaces. Trim and woodwork need to be taken into consideration when choosing paint and I can help with that.
