We regret to inform you of the passing of one of the great Gedolei Yisroel HaGaon HaGadol HaRav Baruch Mordechai Ezrachi zt''l.

Aside from being the Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivat Ateres and a member of the Moetzes Gedolei Hatorah, HaRav Baruch Mordechai had a deep connection to Chatzer Strauss. He was born in Chatzer Strauss and lived there for a short period before being forced to flee with his family as a baby. At the inaugural Chanukas Habayis of the Yeshiva in 2018 HaRav Baruch Mordechai delivered a beautiful speech about the Chatzer and its incredible history, which can be found below.

The Yeshiva will be attending his funeral tomorrow morning IY''H.
