Your Future Begins Here
Welcome to the 2022-23 academic year, and the year's first issue of Prospective Soundings, a newsletter for prospective Saint Joe students and families.

Preparing for the transition from eighth grade to high school may seem daunting at times; this newsletter and our team at Saint Joe are here to help you along the way.

How can your family prepare for this transition? As parents, spend time talking with your student. Discuss expectations and hopes for high school; set goals for academics, co-curricular activities and spiritual growth; devote time to fine-tune disciplined study habits and time management; stress that the next four years will be exciting, challenging, and demanding both in and out of the classroom.

Education is a life-long learning process. Saint Joseph High School is committed to transforming our students in heart and mind so that following graduation they are young adults who accept responsibility for their choices and actions, continue their journey of faith, and strive for excellence in learning. Students and families who choose Saint Joe chart themselves on a course of discovery guided by faculty, administrators and staff deeply invested in education and rooted in Catholic faith.

If there is anything I can do to assist your family, please do not hesitate to reach out. Peace and blessings to you,

Ms. Sue Ushela, Director of Admissions
