Sponsorship: What, Why and How

A sponsor can be the key to unlocking the door to career advancement. Dive into the pillars and potential of career sponsorship and understand why and how this role differs from a mentor.

Learn how to identify and seek a sponsor, and, crucially, how to utilise sponsorship as your guiding light in accelerating your career.

Bring your questions about sponsorship; consider how you may serve as a sponsor for a more junior colleague.

Following the panel discussion, enjoy the company of your peers while networking over drinks and canapés.
