Michelle Guthrie
Michelle has extensive experience in media, entertainment, funds management, technology and professional services spanning more than 30 years, in both executive and non-executive roles. Michelle was Managing Director of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, she held senior management roles at leading media and technology companies in Asia, the UK and Australia, including Google, Star TV, BSkyB and Foxtel. Michelle spent several years as an equity adviser and investor for Providence Equity covering Asia Pacific, before moving to Singapore for a senior role as Managing Director, Partner Business Solutions, APAC, at Google. Michelle is currently a non-executive director of StarHub Limited, Catapult Group International Limited and Chair of Mighty Kingdom Limited.
Andrew Landman
Managing Director, Head of Australasia, BlackRock
Andrew Landman is responsible for all facets of the BlackRock business within Australasia. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr Landman held a number of roles at BlackRock including being Head of Client Business for Asia Pacific Region, responsible for both distribution and management of the Retail and Institutional relationships in Asia and Head of BlackRock Alternative Specialists Group for APAC. Prior to joining BlackRock, Mr. Landman was Chief Executive Officer of Ascalon Capital Managers, a subsidiary of BT Financial Group. Mr. Landman was the Chief Financial Officer of Challenger Funds Management from 2003 - 2008. He started his career at Bankers Trust where he worked extensively across the operations side of funds management. Mr. Landman earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Newcastle. He studied leadership at the University of Chicago in 2003 and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.
Sara McKerihan
Sara McKerihan was recently Vice Chair of Markets and Securities Service for Australia and New Zealand, for Citi, relocating from New York to Sydney in 2020. She focused on growing the bank’s strategic relationships with key Australian/New Zealand clients. Prior to that Ms McKerihan was in the Global Client and Relationship Management Group, based in New York, working with Citi senior management and coverage teams to deliver best in class services to the most important global clients. Ms McKerihan joined Salomon Brothers as a salesperson with particular responsibility for Central Banks in non-US dollar markets. In 1989, she played a key role in forming the specialized European Government Group, which now covers all the major European markets. In 1999 she was appointed Head of Fixed Income Sales for Asia Pacific, and relocated to Hong Kong, where she was responsible for managing a sales team covering all countries throughout the region. She was also made a member of the Asia Pacific Management Committee. In 2002, she relocated to New York to cover Global Hedge Funds within Fixed Income and in 2007 transitioned to the newly formed Global Relationship Management team. Ms McKerihan has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Newcastle University and graduated from the Development Program for Managers from the University of New South Wales. She also serves on the boards of the American Australian Association and the American Friends of the National Gallery of Australia, and is a former board member of 100 Women in Finance.
Lauren Grant
Vice President, Legal, BlackRock
Lauren has been a member BlackRock Australia’s Legal team since August 2021. Prior to this, Lauren was Legal Counsel, Financial Products at AMP, working predominantly with the AMP platforms and superannuation business units. Lauren worked on significant corporate structuring projects and was a key advisor to senior management on matters including platform administration, product development and financial services regulatory matters. Lauren also held roles as a Senior Manager in AMP’s Enterprise Risk Management function, working in second line risk on privacy, data protection, and integrity investigations. Prior to her time at AMP, Lauren worked as a solicitor at Ashurst and Henry Davis York (now Norton Rose Fulbright), where she advised a broad range of clients on financial services regulation, investment distribution and product development. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology, Sydney.
