The end of the fiscal year is here. This means preparation for submission of two federal reports, Longitudinal Systems Analysis (LSA) and System Performance Measures (SPM) by each of the three Continua of Cares.
The first information session to discuss the plan for clean up with be Friday, September 30.

Which projects are required to participate in data clean up?
- Street Outreach
- Emergency Shelter
- Transitional Housing
- Rapid Rehousing
- Permanent Supportive Housing
- Other Permanent Housing (Housing only & Housing with Services)
What is required?
HMIS participating project types listed above will be required:
- to pull a series of BusinessObjects reports
- correct errors appearing on those BusinessObjects reports
- submit corrected BusinessObjects reports via submission link by Thursday, October 20
- respond to additional requests by the CoC/Data Center in a timely manner
Is there training or other resources going to be available?
Yes! Additional communications will be forthcoming about trainings and reporting guides. In the meantime, we invite all Agency Administrators and HMIS Users to attend an informational session about the 2022 Federal Reporting Data Preparation Plan being hosted Friday, September 30
