Hello & Good Morning!
Cristina Gibson with the District's Chronic Disease Prevention Branch here, with an invitation to our virtual WIC Ambassadors Training tomorrow, Friday, 7/15 at 10am. The goal of this training is to make our neighbors, coworkers, friends, family & community leaders aware of the program offerings and benefits of our Women, Infants and Children Program and keep them updated, regarding any new program developments. Our hope is that if our WIC Ambassadors come across individuals who are eligible for the program, they will be able to share details of the program, get those individuals connected with our WIC Call Center and get the enrollment process started.
This is a monthly training that is offered every 3rd Friday of the month at 10am. If you are available, join us on the following Teams link (it would be easiest if you choose the "Join from Browser" option):
