✡︎ Shalom & Good Day! ✡︎
Life hangs in the balance as SCOTUS deliberates over the oral arguments in the Dobbs case heard on December 1st. The decision is due sometime in early summer. Until then, please pray for the lives and souls of our most vulnerable and innocent, and their parents.
We recently filed another Amicus brief to the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of PA for a case being heard this winter. Abortion industry plaintiffs sued the Department of Human Services to allow Medicaid funding of abortion. Ms. Sarah Straub, an outstanding and brilliant attorney with the law offices of Mette, Evans, and Woodside in Harrisburg worked with us to write a masterpiece of a legal document from a Jewish viewpoint, arguing to maintain PA's current policy prohibiting tax payer abortion funding.
This second opportunity to share a Torah based, life affirming view with a supreme court will help dispel the unfortunate and tragic pro-abortion arguments filed to the court by the NCJW. God willing, our efforts will give the justices and the general public a better understanding of Judaism as a religion that protects and defends life. You can read the brief in our website library, https://jewishprolifefoundation.org/library

May there be abundant peace from Heaven, and good life upon us and upon all Israel. Amen.
