Don't Let Discount Brokers Take Your Prospect
Consider this situation... It doesn't matter what kind of property this is, including a residential luxury property.

Prospect is selling a property he bought for $1 million and is selling for $3 million. You believe that a 3% commission is justified. A discount broker says he will sell your property for 1%.

Here is how you win. The prospect may save 2% in commission but what about taxes. Depending on the property, he will pay probably a minimum of $500k in taxes and maybe much more. 

You can defer those taxes for as long as the prospect would like and generate a 5%-6% return and the deferral can be passed on to their heirs.
