A Warm Welcome and Connection: The festivities commenced on December 17th with a delightful welcome cocktail. It was heartening to meet new colleagues and witness the growth of our KW family. Our agents had the pleasure of getting acquainted with our Principal Operators, Raul and Norma Martinez, and also meeting the OP for KW Capital – our latest market center. The rapid and steady growth of our KW family, anchored in trust, energy, and a shared commitment to helping each other grow, was truly inspiring.
Unveiling Our "BIG WHY" On the 18th, we engaged in the impactful "6 People Prospectives" class. This session delved deep into the core of our motivations, helping each of us unearth our "BIG WHY" – the driving force behind our daily dedication. In the afternoon, our esteemed Broker, Ana Flores, took the stage alongside top sales agents from across the country. The insights gained during this mastermind session were invaluable. Ana's participation in a developers' mastermind opened our eyes to the vast opportunities that Roatan presents to developers on the mainland.
End of the Year Celebration The night of the 18th was nothing short of magical as we gathered for our End of the Year celebration. Awards were bestowed, and the evening was filled with warmth and camaraderie. It was a lovely culmination of our shared successes and hard work.
Knowledge Enrichment with "THE ONE THING” On the 19th, we delved into the course based on the book "THE ONE THING." The depth of knowledge acquired was mind-blowing, offering profound insights that will undoubtedly shape our perspectives and actions in the coming year. In the afternoon, we had the privilege of exploring our Head Quarters office at KW Honduras, further solidifying our connection to the larger KW network.
A Motivated and Focused Return KW Connect 2023 was more than just an event; it was an immersive experience that fueled our motivation and focus for the year ahead. As we returned to KW Roatan, we carried with us not only a wealth of knowledge but also a strengthened sense of teamwork.
