On Thursday, September 8, at 11:30 a.m., the Assumption community will gather in the Chapel of the Holy Spirit for a tradition that dates to Catholic universities in the Middle Ages: the Mass of the Holy Spirit, where we will pray for God’s blessings for the new academic year.
I'm writing to invite you to join us. Whatever your faith tradition, I’m confident you’ll find it meaningful.
In order to accommodate participation in the Mass, classes meeting at 10 a.m. on September 8 will end at 11 a.m., and those normally starting at 12:30 will begin at 12:45.
