The Commission Reading for the Tomoka Reserve R-2 Zoning Map Amendment that was scheduled to occur on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 has been POSTPONED.
Steven Spraker, City Planning Director, provided this announcement on the city's website:
There was an error with the publishment of the newspaper advertisement with the Tomoka Reserve item. There is not sufficient time to republish the newspaper advertisement and the Tomoka Reserve item cannot be heard on March 05, 2024. When the next City Commission date is available for the Tomoka Reserve application, Planning staff will provide that information as soon as it is known.
I will send a Tomoka Oaks Times email blast as soon as I know the new date and location.
