Finance Committee Meeting
The Finance Committee will be meeting on Monday, February 26th at 7PM at the Virginia Manor Clubhouse.  If you cannot attend in person, please CLICK HERE for the agenda and instructions on how to attend virtually.

Bingo
Friday 01 March 2024

Join us for Bingo in the Westridge Clubhouse on Friday 01 March at 7pm.  Please register each member of your family in an individual slot because we can only accomodate 45 people (kids and adults) inside the clubhouse.  If there are not enough available slots to accomodate your entire family please do not sign up.  We will assign tables by family. If you plan to order a family pack ($20 cash only), please indicate if you want cheese or pepperoni in the "family pack"section of the sign up. A family pack includes a large pizza, 4 drinks and 5 bingo cards for $20.  If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can open your slots to others.  
Dr. Seuss birthday party
Join us for our in person annual Dr. Seuss Birthday party on 02 March 2024. Choose from the 10-11 am or 3-4 pm sessions on 02 March 2024 at the Westridge Clubhouse for snacks and activities.  

Please sign up each of your children in an individual time slot. If you cannot make it to the event please cancel your slot so that another family can sign up.
 
We will be collecting pet supplies for the Friends of Homeless Animals (FOHA) during the event. See the list of supplies on the FOHA website.  
Freedom High School Musical
Tuck Everlasting is a heartfelt, modern musical about a girl named Winnie Foster who runs away from home and straight into the Tuck family. She quickly learns that this family is unique and has a very special secret. Come join our parade of characters as we tell the story of a magic spring that grants immortality in Freedom Theatre's musical production! This folksy musical is recommended for families, but some content is best suited for children ages 10 and up. The performances are February 22nd, 23rd, and 24th at 7 pm, and 24th and 25th at 2 pm, and tickets can be purchased at http://freedomhs.booktix.net/
Lamppost Reminder
For safety reasons, please remember to replace your bulb in your front lawn lamppost. This will help keep the streets and sidewalks lit during overcast days and darker nights. Thank you for your cooperation.
Below is the online form to submit to report streetlight issues.
Issues can be reported to the Management office, but we use the same form to submit street lights issues to NOVEC. The pole number will be required along with the street and cross streets if available.

If you wish to report street lights to us, a picture with the pole numbers and the street information is required. To report street lights please email: assistant@dullesfarms.com
If you are planning on doing any exterior modifications, please review the Design Guidelines and complete the Exterior Modification Application if applicable.
