Just this week I had an email from a long-time client with long-standing and severe difficulties sleeping. Because any herb or nutrient that utilized GABA receptors induces very severe depression for her, she has been limited in what she can use to help her sleep, since GABA induces a very severe depression for her. Over the years she has tried many things and combinations of things with varying levels of success, but this week, I received this email from her with very good news!
"Well, I have good news on the sleeping issue - I have been able to greatly reduce the cocktail I take for sleep! And I accidently figured out that I no longer need to use the Bio Energy patches. I say accidently, as I forgot to switch out my patch for several nights and I used to notice a difference in my sleep if I forgot to put on a new one after 3 days. So I thought I'd try going without and I am continuing to sleep well without it!
What I'm doing now for sleep is:
2 cups of chamomile tea in the evening
400 mg magnesium
1500 mg glycine (up to 3000 when needed)"
