Thank you for being an E-PASS customer! As the holidays approach, CFX wishes you and your family a very Happy Thanksgiving. In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, CFX Headquarters, the E-PASS Walk-In Service Center and the E-PASS Customer Service Call Center will be closed on Thursday, November 23. However, the Reload Lanes will remain open if you need to add funds to your E-PASS account using cash or credit/debit card.

CFX also continues to encourage E-PASS customers to manage accounts online, or by downloading the E-PASS app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device. Once you have downloaded the app, simply sign in with your E-PASS account information and you’ll be ready to manage your account while on the go anytime, anywhere.

Flex Lanes - New Traffic Management Program on SR 417 and SR 429

Drivers may have noticed large overhead sign gantries on SR 417 and SR 429. These overhead signs are being constructed to manage Flex Lanes – an exciting new high-tech traffic management program being rolled out by CFX in the coming months. Flex Lanes on the left of the roadway allow traffic to continue flowing when an incident causes a closure in one or more of the right lanes.

If a crash or incident blocks a lane, the Flex Lane will open, and the lane with the traffic obstruction will close. Drivers should follow the overhead signs above each lane. For more information about Flex Lanes, click here.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! That’s right, the 12 Days of E-PASS Toll Giveaway is just around the corner. E-PASS customers, get in on the action! Enter to win using the online entry form that will go live on GetEpass.com on December 4.

Know friends and family who still need to get E-PASS? Remind them that starting Monday, December 4 through Friday, December 15 everyone who signs up for a free E-PASS account will automatically be entered for a chance to win $100 in tolls.

There will be one winner per day for 12 days – so you have 12 chances to win $100 in tolls. Good Luck!
