Gate Repair Scheduled



If you recently tried to gain access to the pool area by using the gate at the Highland and Thornwood intersection, you know the gate is broken. Repairs are scheduled within the next two weeks.

Until then, please use either the Highland or Thornwood gate.

We apologize for this inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience.

Lynn has led the Ownership Admissions role for nearly 2 years. Patricia Reasbeck has assumed that role. Be sure to thank both women.

That leaves an opening on the board. It is short-term since it expires in Feb. 2025. If you are at all interested or just have a question, please contact Karen Fleming or Ralph Whitney.

Board Meetings

HOA board meetings will resume in a few weeks. The next meeting is:

Tuesday, September 10th, @ 6:00 p.m.

Finally Friday

Finally Friday will officially resume in September. However, if the heat doesn't deter you, you may want to wander over to the pool area at 6:00 p.m. on a Friday in August. You may be rewarded to find other hearty souls willing to take on the heat and enjoy a beverage.

Social Events

September will see the resumption of VM III social events. Upcoming blasts will share details of a Mexican Independence Day event, as well as Movie Night dates and details.

Let's Welcome Our Neighbors

Villa Monterey 5 (our neighbors to the east) has a turf conversation scheduled in their common area. The work will take place over a 5-week period during which their pool will not be usable. In a gesture of friendship, we have extended an invitation to VM 5 residents to use our pool while work is underway.

Keys to our pool area will be made available to VM 5 residents from:
