There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to the one hope of your calling, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Parent of all, who is above all and through all and in all.

Ephesians 4:4-6

Jesus, if all things are one, then why is there so much conflict? When I am puffed up by fear, remind me to be humble. When I forget the goodness of my neighbor, remind me to be gentle. When I am tempted to go it alone, remind me that I am part of something bigger. Amen.
