Shauna achieved remarkable success in her private practice before joining Law Stein Anderson. For over a decade, she has showcased unparalleled expertise in estates, trusts, tax law, probate administration, litigation, and corporate law. Shauna is a Certified Specialist issued by the California State Board of Legal Specialization in estate planning, trust administration, and probate administration – an achievement less than 1% of California estate planning attorneys have accomplished. Adding to her impressive track record, Shauna has earned genuine admiration from her trust and estate attorney peers, who frequently turn to her for guidance during her continuing education seminars.
Her legal career has focused on protecting individuals in the event of incapacity and helping navigate wealth transfers from generation to generation. Shauna possesses the invaluable traits of genuine compassion for her clients and sound legal judgment. She understands the intricate complexities of the law, while appreciating the emotional challenges one can go through while preparing an estate plan or performing trust administration duties immediately after the passing of a loved one.
Shauna's dedication to continued education shines as she nears the completion of her Master of Laws degree from Loyola Law School. She received her Juris Doctor (cum laude) from the University of La Verne, College of Law, where she was also an Editor of the Law Review. Moreover, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary's College of California, where she was a Division I collegiate soccer player. She credits that experience with instilling discipline, problem-solving, and the importance of teamwork.
