The developer of the Meadows at Denville, a condominium community located in the Township of Denville, Morris County, New Jersey, has set aside 12 one-, two- and three- bedroom, very low-, low- and moderate- income homes for sale to income qualified households. A random selection will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, for all preliminary applications received on or before 1:00 PM, January 17th, 2024, after which the waiting list may be closed. A preference will be given to households that live or work in Housing Region 2 (Essex, Morris, Union, and Warren Counties).
