The City of Dover seeks public feedback through a brief survey to help guide design work for the Fifth Street and Grove Street Reconstruction Project.

The project includes the replacement of water mains and stormwater drainage; repairing or replacing sections of the sanitary sewer line; reconstruction of Fifth Street; restoration of Grove Street; and sidewalks on both sides of the street, among other work.

The deadline to complete the survey is 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2022.
