Dear Families of the MS 104 Community:
Happy Monday! I hope that everyone enjoyed some time off last week. I am excited to be back in school with our students and look forward to continuing our work together.
Please see some announcements below.
Have a great day!

Plans for Snow Day
The weather forecast is predicting snow in the New York area beginning this evening and in to tomorrow morning. While predictions for the city are presently a light accumulation, it is important that we are prepared should a snow day be issued tomorrow. In the event a snow day is issued by the city, the plan is as follows:
- As per DOE policy, snow days remain INSTRUCTIONAL days. All students will receive REMOTE instruction.
- Students will follow their regular class schedule. For example, if a snow day were issued tomorrow, all students would follow the Tuesday schedule.
- Students should access their teachers' Google classrooms for information regarding Zoom links for synchronous instruction.
I have asked the staff to ensure that students have the appropriate Google classroom codes. Should a snow day be issued and you have any questions regarding a teacher's class, please email the teacher directly. Please see our Staff Directory for a list of staff contact information.
I will be sure to keep our community updated should any new information be provided regarding the potential of a snow day.
As always, I thank you for your partnership and collaboration.
