Annual Campaign Update

Our Annual Campaign is a critical part of our annual budget. The Annual Campaign allows for us to provide a wide range of programming and security options for our Temple Emanu-El Community & Congregation. In order to provide quality programming, events, and necessary safety measures, we need to reach our $100,000 goal. This goal is a critical item on our annual budget. It is with your help that we can continue to make Temple Emanu-El a vibrant and welcoming community.

Jewish Non-Fiction Book Club - Rescheduled to Nov. 12

Sunday // November 12th// 7:00pm // Zoom

For the book club on November 12th, we will be talking about Dara Horn's "People Love Dead Jews". (Buy here)

In this book of essays, the acclaimed novelist writes about such diverse topics as the Jews of Harbin, Daf Yomi, and lost synagogues in the Middle East. Ms. Horn discusses how there is fascination with Jews who have died and much less fascination with living Jews. It is a wide-ranging and compelling discussion of anti-semitism and how we address this.
