Dear iHEN Members:
Our Chapter has made great inroads to becoming a preeminent ACHE chapter. A lot of the credit goes to our Board Members. I would like to take a moment to thank our outgoing Board Members for their service: Dr. Alex Choi, Randy Pritchard, Sri Bharadwaj and Michael Kuhn. Additionally, I would like to welcome Parveen Chand, Dr. Vivian Cintron, David Hyatt, Wendy Mehringer, Konye Ori, Vamsee Potlouri, Dr. Curtis Wright, and Dr. Raúl Zambrano to our iHEN Board. I look forward to working with you in providing meaningful opportunities for healthcare leaders to improve and thrive in our profession.
Our chapter offers credits through local programming that is cost effective and features prolific speakers. This is a great opportunity for you to earn credits towards your Fellowship credential. As a reminder, the FACHE credential brings continuous value to you as a healthcare leader, to your organization and to your community. We hope to see you at our educational programs shared below, which often allot time for networking before or after the speaking engagements.
One more thing. We love highlighting the great work that our members are doing. Help us celebrate you and your successes. We love highlighting our members on our LinkedIn page. It is one of the many ways that we celebrate our members. If you have an achievement you would like us to celebrate, email us at administrator@indianahen.com.
All the best,
Rodney Hollis, MHA, FACHE
iHEN Chapter President

iHEN DE&I SURVEY AND OPPORTUNITIES | | |
Thank you all for your continued support with iHEN. The iHEN DEI Committee has developed a survey to help identify ways to support our members. The survey is approximately 7 questions and will take 5 minutes to complete. This survey will help identify our member demographics and provide a voice to help us identify ways to provide additional value.
All questions in the survey are 100% voluntary, and if you wish to remain anonymous, do not have to include your name. This survey is meant to be inclusive for all persons, so if there isn’t an option y9ou feel is appropriate or fits, then please use the comment box to clarify. We do encourage everyone to participate in the survey to help identify opportunities to strengthen our organization for all members. If you have any questions related to the survey, you can reach Monte Spence (DEI Committee) at monte.spence@rhin.com.
