Full CoC Membership Winter Meeting

NOVEMBER 30th 2023

9 am -12 pm

Member Expectations:

One representative from each member organization must attend to keep membership in good standing

CoC members will be voting on items such as; At Large Board Members, Governance Changes, etc. Please ensure that a primary or alternate voter is in attendance to the meeting to vote. One vote is allowed per organization.

Members will be expected to attend the entirety of the meeting to meet the training expectations of the membership.

Once you have registered for the meeting, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox, providing you with the calendar event information

Helpful Tips for the Meeting:

The meeting will be held via Google Meets
The meeting will be recorded and posted on our website, however viewing the recording post meeting does not count as attendance to the meeting
Attendees will be asked to complete forms for attendance, voting and post meeting survey. Each of these forms will account for an organization's participation and attendance to the meeting.
Ensure that you know who the primary and alternate voters are for your organization. Each organization may have one vote
A password will be provided at the meeting to act as the signature of the CoC for grant close outs.

Seeking At-Large Board Candidates!

Membership of the Board includes representatives of all Regions within the Balance of State, as well as at-large representatives. At-large representatives should represent multiple regions, with priority given to sectors not currently represented on the Board.

Interested in running for an At Large Board Seat? Do you work with or represent a special population within the CoC?
