Resilience, Prayer, and Responding to Tests
"When I enrolled in Building Resilience: Meeting Tests and Difficulties my goal for the course was to develop the resilience needed to not be a burden to my community... I wanted to be able to help carry others through rather than them having to carry me. To do this, I needed to research and incorporate the Writings on resilience into my being so as to be able to cling to that life-saving Rope from God."
Student Expands Understanding of Islam, and Sets Goals to Build Bridges
"I have reached out to Muslims in the past to befriend them, even attending Friday service at the local mosque. I feel like I made some gaffes then, which I hope I will now know enough to not repeat. I plan to resume reaching out and making friends with them, both to make them feel welcome and also to build bridges of understanding between Muslims and the Bahá’í Faith."
