EDUCATION SESSION

Navigating Regulations on ESG and Climate Investing

The global rise of ESG and climate investing is being met with growing regulatory disclosure requirements. Review key ESG and climate regulatory issues looming over the investing landscape: greenwashing, increased corporate disclosure and standardization of data and reporting.

How can investors (and corporates) navigate the sheer breadth of regulations? What is the bottom line for investors? Will global regulations prove effective for better ESG and climate outcomes? What will ultimately serve to protect investors' best interests?

Bring your questions and what-if scenarios as you consider the future of ESG regulation for your clients, your firm and your personal portfolio. Share your ideas over drinks and snacks as you network with peers following the presentation.
