This month, we look at how the Libraries' refreshed strategic plan gives center stage helping Drexel meet its ambition to become a comprehensive research university. 
 
 
 
This fall, 45 Drexel University students participated in the Engineering Academic Challenge, leading Drexel to first place among its US competitors.

The Drexel University Libraries recently completed an agreement with Ex Libris to subscribe to its innovative library management system, the Alma Library Services Platform.
 
 
 
More than 25 students gathered in the W. W. Hagerty Library to participate in the Drexel Libraries' fourth ScholarSnack, which focused on stimulating open and honest conversations about informal learning activities and engagement with the Libraries.

For a research university like Drexel, capturing and disseminating research output is essential, albeit challenging. The advent of institutional repositories has made it significantly easier for organizations to promote and share their scholarly outputs with a global audience.
