Health and Safety Updates
As a district, we have enrolled in the OHA/UO COVID-19 Screening Testing Program this year. This is an optional, weekly saliva test via a take-home test kit.

If you would like to participate, please sign up by completing these two steps:

STEP 1: Complete the UO K-12 Student Information Survey at https://tinyurl.com/k12covidscreening. The registration survey can be viewed in English or Spanish. We have a rolling enrollment; students can sign up anytime. Testing can begin about 1-2 weeks after student sign-up begins.

STEP 2: Complete and return the OHA Consent Form. This form is required for all participating students and must be completed and returned to the school at the program's start. Your school can provide a printed copy at test pick-up if you do not have a printer. Schools are required by OHA to retain these consent forms.

If you have already signed up, welcome to the program, and thank you for your patience as we determine the best way to support this program at our school.

Students can sign up any time; enrollment lists are updated every week.

Please contact C19studentsupport@uoregon.edu if you have any questions or if you need assistance.

Thank you,
Lane Tompkins

Gracias,
Lane Tompkins
2022-23 Calendar Adopted- Changes
Here's a look at our full calendar year with a couple of key changes noted below.

  • The number of school days will remain the same at 149 student days.
  • Most all student half days will be eliminated.
  • MS/HS Class periods will be reduced from 55 mins to 52 mins on those days.
  • Instructional hours will only be slightly impacted with a 2-hour overall reduction from the 2021-2022 calendar.
School Supplies

Thanks to the generous donation from The Mohawk-McKenzie Grange and the Hope Project, we were able to waive the elementary school supply fee this year! Students will be provided with all necessary school supplies.

Middle and high school students will also benefit from donations but their full supply lists can be found here.

Check out this wonderful story on the Hope Project and their supply donation to our teachers and staff here!
Construction Update
Construction Update:
As you arrive on campus, you will notice that construction is still happening. We ask that all students be dropped off at the High School's front door and for all non-district/construction staff vehicles to remain in the front parking lot. You will not be able to drive around the Elementary Building due to construction.

Due to the construction, middle and high school lockers will be assigned during the first week of school. Chromebooks will also be handed out at this time.
