Hello Community Providers,
We would like to inform you of an important update regarding HUD-funded RHY and HOPWA programs. In accordance with HUD's latest directives, it is now mandatory to complete bi-annual assessments with all clients enrolled in these programs.
Please note, if your program is not HUD-funded, an annual assessment every 6 months is not required. Thank you for your attention to this new requirement. If you have any questions or need assistance, please email us.
