Parent Teacher Interviews / IPP meetings
Our first round of Parent Teacher Interviews/IPP meetings are coming up on the evenings of Wednesday, September 20th and Thursday, September 21st.
Meetings can be booked on each half hour between 3:30pm and 7:30pm. These meetings can be held virtually or in-person. Please specify your preference when signing up.
Please message info@newheightscalgary.com if you still need to book a time to meet with your teaching team.
We will have lost and found set up in the main entry way - please take a look as you come in.
If your Student will be Absent
When your student will be late or absent due to sickness, appointments, or other, please contact the main office by leaving a message at info@newheightscalgary.com or 403-240-1312 to let the school know.
Meet the Therapist & Meet T2A
Our Therapy Team and the Transition to Adulthood (T2A) team will be onsite to meet parents the evening of Wednesday, September 20th before, during, and after the New Heights information session. If you are curious who the Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and Psychology Team is at New Heights and what they do in the classrooms, plan to stop by the auditorium!

AAFSterschool!
The After School summary: The After School program runs Monday-Friday at the AAFS South Clubhouse (8228 Macleod Trail SE) from 3:00pm-6:00pm each week for the entire duration for the school year (with the exception of holidays, Winter Break and Spring Break).
The times for the After School program are flexible; parents are welcome to pick their child up whenever they wish, however each registrant is billed for the entire length of the program (3 hours).
Transportation: AAFS offers a pick-up option at New Heights School. Staff will typically take an AAFS van to do the after school pick ups.
