Let's Come Together to Create High Performing Boards!
As a community of board chairs at ISCA, we ARE all in this together, investing our time and attention to being effective leaders of our boards. As Chairs, you are also 'in this together' with your fellow trustees as stewards of your school's mission and insuring your school's successful future.
It is in that spirit that ISCA's Fall Conference was developed. "We're All in This Together" is an opportunity for you to come together with your fellow board chairs from around the country - virtually and in-person, and also with your own trustees as a leadership 'team' from your board to discover how we can make our boards a high functioning, cohesive team that is rooted in trust, alignment and collaboration.
