Managing Change, Navigating Forward

Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 8:00 AM

The amount of change we’re all had to navigate the last couple of years is unprecedented (or surely feels that way). We’ve changed work environments and work structures. We’ve changed products and service offerings, as well as  de;ivery systems. We’ve redesigned supply chains.  In some sectors and industries, entire business models have changed almost overnight. While the pace of change may have stabilized a little, the next few years promises more of the same.  And there are models, tools, and best practices for navigating this change, and organizations that manage change proactively and systematically will perform better than those forced to change reactively.

The Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence —in partnership with the Performance Excellence Network-- is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, September 22nd  “Managing Change, Navigating Forward.”

The discussion will feature three perspectives, each exploring different approach(es) to help leaders and professionals manage change within their organizations and teams:

  • Michael Allen, Strategic Initiatives Program Manager, Black Hills Energy
  • Howard Huber, Assistant Fire Chief, Superior Fire Department (invited)
  • Bryce Segna, CFO/COO, Lakeview Industries

Each speaker will share a brief presentation on how they have systematically managed change the last couple of years, followed by Q&A and discussion.  Come explore insights on how to better navigate change within your team and organization.

This session is Thursday, September 22 from 8:00-9:00 CT (optional networking and mingling 7:45-8:00) using Zoom MEETING. Grab your coffee and breakfast, and join us for a rich discussion. Free for PEN/WCPE members; $20 for non-members.
