Julie Ennis is the CAO and Business Manager for global Asset Servicing Operations & Utilities at BNY Mellon, overseeing a budget of ~ $1 billion and headcount of ~13 thousand. Before joining BNY Mellon in 2010, Julie spent 11 years in senior management roles covering the full range of fund administration and trustee functions at Daiwa Europe Fund Managers/ Trustees Ireland Limited (now SMT Fund Services/ Trustees (Ireland) Limited). Prior to that Julie worked with the Bank of Bermuda (now HSBC) in Bermuda, spending time in internal audit and fund accounting. Julie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland having trained and qualified with Ernst Young.

Susan Millard
EMEA Deputy Head of Investment Management Segment, BNY Mellon
Susan is responsible for Relationship Management in EMEA for a number of platinum Global Financial Institutions. In this role, Susan leads teams of client executives in Ireland, the UK, Poland and Luxembourg as commercial lead in Europe. As deputy head of the segment, Susan is the firm’s client facing, senior representative and is responsible for oversight of the company’s relationships and business expansion driving the next generation of solutions with a team of experienced Relationship Managers. Before joining BNY Mellon in 2007, Susan worked with Citco Bank Nederland as Head of a Relationship Management team with responsibility for Hedge Fund and Private Wealth clients. Prior to that Susan worked as a Fund Accounting Manager for BISYS Funds Services. Susan has a Masters Degree in Business Economics from University College Cork; a Higher Diploma in Economic Science and a Primary Degree in Economics; all from the same institution. Susan is married and lives with her husband and three kids in Dublin.

Karen is an experienced and accredited Executive Coach and Learning Facilitator. She has over 25 years business experience in the Financial Services Industry where she built accomplished teams, managed high-value client relationships, and led successful international alliances. Karen designs and delivers bespoke client training programmes and is experienced in facilitating in-person and virtual workshops for globally dispersed teams. Karen’s work spans many sectors. Karen has a keen interest in development of individuals and teams and helps to align them to the vision, values and purpose of the Company and their role, by helping teams to build trust and enhance collaboration to deliver on shared goals. Karen’s extensive coaching and mentoring expertise acquired throughout her career, has been invaluable to her people management, talent development and leadership skills. Karen has led key ‘Women’s Initiatives’ programmes including the Triple FS mentoring programme and has mentored on the 30% Club programme. Karen is in the final stages of a Masters Degree in Business and Leadership. She is also qualified in a range of psychometric tools including the RocheMartin ECR, the EQi-2.0/ EQ360 Emotional Intelligence assessments, the DISC and PRO-D, a values based self-awareness assessment. She has completed a programme on Growth Mindset with the Association for Coaching. Karen is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the Association of Coaching (AC) and is accredited at Senior Practitioner level with the EMCC.
