As society becomes more and more dependent on digital materials, are we at risk of losing critical knowledge? This month, Dean Nitecki looks at some of the challenges libraries face in the organization and preservation of knowledge.

Last month, 60 Drexel students, faculty and staff gathered in the W. W. Hagerty Library for a special ScholarSnack workshop on cybersecurity and ethical hacking.

This year, the theme of Open Access Week was “Designing Equitable Foundations for Open Knowledge” -- the perfect complement to the Drexel Libraries’ commitment to facilitating the introduction of OA resources on campus.

The Drexel Libraries is searching for its next cohort of Libraries Fellows. Learn more about the three new opportunities available for 2019, which include an open textbook project, participation in the Esploro Early Adopter Program and an opportunity to provide communications training for Libraries staff.
